• Required notice period. The Life of Reilly mandates a 24 hour advance notice for a cancellation or rescheduling without penalty.

• ​Late cancellation fee. Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will incur a fee @ 50% of quoted fee

• No-show/lockout fee. If the cleaning crew arrives at the scheduled time but cannot gain access to your home or cottage, etc. or is turned away, you will be charged the complete fee that was quoted to you of the scheduled service.

• Communication method. All cancellation requests must be made  by phone call, email, or through an online customer portal. You must always use the official method and contact the company directly, not the individual cleaners.

• Weather exceptions. In cases of severe weather that make travel unsafe, The Life of Reilly values the health and well-being of their staff. Should there be weather exceptions, The Life of Reilly will reschedule without penalty to the client. 

• This policy may be changed without notice at any time at the  owners sole discretion.
